Isn't it better in that situation (when the site is running normal the time that cams changes are quite quick) to open 2-3-4 browsers tab with the cam?
Because if people complains now that need binoculars to see the places don't think reducing each window to 25% of the size will help

Think you miss the whole point, yes we can all open multiple tabs but surely seeing 4 on one screen is far  easier than switching tabs all the time. Got nothing to do with the binocular problem as nothing changes by reducing window size obviously.
