Anyone who understands the history of Russia knows that their governments have always been totalitarian; totalitarian governments need total control of their subjected populace. Putin has sought many times to rebuild the Soviet way of live; this requires repression and control of thoughts, just as it is done in North Korea and China. Hence, the institution of an Internet wall. I personally believe we will not see any of these tenants again unless they escape. Remember, Krasnoyarsk was once a gulag town. Let's hope the tenants do not get relocated to one of those as punishment for producing porn. 3

As far as I understood, many of that cluster left because of problems with family (parents are aware about problems with police) and threats the next time to get real criminal case (conditional arrest or jail).
