Dear Max, I was conversing with golfer06 over at the other VHTV thread. TBH, no one really knows what went wrong with RLC and their Russian apartments. People may post "the Russian govt are closing porn down in Russian" but from what I know, from sources outside of CC, Putin aren't going to shut down porn for good in Russian. Vice is a way of life in the Motherland. Putin or not isn't going to close that down. RLC had issues with their Russian apartments for reasons we are not sure of but from what I have been seeing so far, they started having issues all over their projects ever since the beginning of this year.
