What's weird is that there is an under floor neighbour at the lift when opens.... The BJ guy is a guitarist...why not give him a guitarist name?

And if there are blind spots in the house, you can't forbid anyone from going into them. Not even tenants. It's not their fault there are blind spots. Cams should have been installed better. 2
