i wouldn't think that would affect the history.  does every camera lose it's history for 7 days when put UM?

Sometimes, when they removed B3 the history stayed until it ran out.

Only if RLC finds the right people to live in those Rooms. Otherwise the new cameras would be useless.

Because when the cameras were turned back on now, they had been offline for more than 7 days (9 to be exact), so there was nothing in the backlog. The rest of the cameras has their history.
