I'll just move it offline for the time being.  Then whenever someone comes back I can just move 1 Apartment Online and the other to the Archives.

Well, taking into account latest VH events - it is dangerous to invite new guests. It will be like with Lydia&Loki. But for this apartment - it is immediately bankruptcy.
