me0369 Posted September 2, 2020 Share Posted September 2, 2020 To try and answer your question, I believe those gifs are hosted on a separate server and they are there as data but not actually moving until you open them in your browser. So I would think the answer is no just like the light in your refrigerator is on a pressure switch that activates when you open the door, but is off when you close the door.
