Howling Wolf along with John Lee Hooker had a major influence on the music of my hero Van Morrison. My beloved Van mentions many of these musicians in his music. The Blues is hard to beat in the history of quality music! Celtic swing as produced by Van Morrison sends me to heaven every time I hear it!
