Yes, I am aware.   As if in my trips to the Ukraine, I've met girls named Holly in Kharkiv and Megan in Severodonetsk.

I actually thought her name might be the feminine form of Radislav, so I went looking for Radislav.  Radislava is listed as predominately Czech.  Radislav is a Ukranian masculine given name, Radoslav in Russian, Radoslow in Polish..
