B2 always used to be a 3 girl apt, even though there's a big double room, so they 'asked' a B2 girl to move to the villa. I reckon Monica and Amalia weren't keen, so Pam helped them out... A few girls have asked to move house in the past...RLC have allowed it to happen in some cases, and not others.
