There is a river that flows into Hudson Bay and thats where the beluga whales have their calves , end of July until Sept. Its also called the polar bear capital of the world. Polar bears are there all fall until the bay freezes over . The site explore.org has a boat with 2 cameras on it and they take the boat out into the river every day and broadcast the whales up close and you can see whales being born also . One cam is above the river and the other cam is under the boat in the water .
