The cams at B1, Gina and Bruno and B5 were all down at the same time.  Nod said ISP error for G&B, so I'm going to conclude that those three apartments are in the same immediate area.

la plupart des caméras sont comme cela dans tous les appartements, avec le temps tu peux les apercevoir des fois dans le reflet des fenêtres ou des miroirs comme chez Masha ou Kitty 

il faut juste être présent au bon moment
