The light was originally off Pulo, Leora turned the light on when she came out of the lift on arrival, and turned it back off when she left again.

It could be she was planning on returning today, but her plans changed to being out overnight. If she turned off all the lights before she left again that might indicate Malia will not be home tonight either.

She came back for just 5 minutes to call Paul and quickly change into jeans, so she was always going back out for the evening anyway.
