Quite easy to figure out what he is doing when we see his elbows and head shaking for several minutes. Now trying to figure out why he prefers to masturbate alone while he has a hot and beautiful girl that is begging for sex is beyond understanding. May be that fucking a girl is requesting much more energy than an hand job. If he has a mental illness it's called depression going by the symptoms you have outlined. I know about 2 apartments in Moscow (one not in Moscow formally, but actually in Moscow). And both of me find it difficult to understand how they earn.
