Dont understand how neighbours can hear the noice as they were inside.

I didn't know that the neighbors could hear the music. If the police was passing by and heard the music was too unlucky.

Checking a repeated behavior , it seems  that police has no right to enter  as long as the house tenants don’t open the doors .. they can ring the whole night but nothing will change .. but if they do open , then the fines will be enormous
