The New York Times is reporting that the person killed in the second drone strike ordered by Joe Biden in Kabul, Afghanistan was a U.S. Aid employee and not an ISIS-K bomber. He was loading water containers into his vehicle and not bombs. The drone strike also killed 10 other Afghan civilians. Way to go, "Sleepy Joe".
