Yea the tenants shouldn't have the option of just leaving their apt. If you have a problem work it out and if you don't have an option more than likely you are forced to deal with your issue. It does a disservice to the customers to have an apt that is always empty. Just because one apt is more fun Visit and go back home. Maybe Caro doesn't mind but sharing that small bed or someone sleeping on the couch or using the showers etc not cleaning.
