I keep hearing she was "sent home", do you mean she was fired? I must have missed a translation but that seems odd. She was pretty decent filler at least.

The commonly accepted interpretation of her translated dialogue is that she was contracted for one month, tacitly expecting to be reconducted for 3 months like most/all of the girls who had expressed the wish to stay before, but it didn't happen, to everyone puzzlement.
