I think it was video call. Esmi went from concerned, a little mad and smiling, it was really a roller coaster of emotions. Now looks like she is talking to her again? IIRC the day that Zaba was getting ready for her date and Esmi was changing the bed sheets she had a phonecall that made her sad.
