She surely has experience with these various venues and all the hot spots each day of the week. In the tourism world it's called a "Fam Tour" or Familiarization Tour for a travel agent to gain knowledge about the location, special events and maybe get a kickback from nightspot owners. The floors need some serious work, the sofa is in tatters, the kitchen is terribly outdated. These two have been on RLC for a long time and have been a draw for people since the beginning.
