CC appears to be a private operation (not a government program) headquartered in the United States.

You can't run a private sector business here without a really good A/P and A/R accountant. You must watch every penny. It's called "running a business."

If it were a US government operation, then the operators wouldn't care about you, and I would suggest you be very concerned...

Give Admin time to work through the problems. I mean, we're talking about a fucking $12 here, not your earnings for the past 6 months!

Everyone that had a paid status is in the same boat. Just have to patiently wait till the Admin gets the issue solved.
