philo Posted May 20, 2023 Share Posted May 20, 2023 I have been complaining about the darkening (turning down the lights) in various apartments for some time now. Many have responded to my posts to suggest that RLC has nothing to do with how scenes play out in various apartments. I, however, contend that there is ample evidence of someone, beyond the occupants of the apartments, who determine such things as (in this one case) the setting of the rheostat.
