I don’t think I am the only one seeing the downfall of the villas since they moved in ( prove me wrong me please with this opinion ) … Do you forget when Tesla and Elian arrived and how Bogdan blocked them ? The parties that Bogdan had to wake up and “ put order “ like let’s say in real life people don’t go off border sometimes and misbehave ? For many years they weren’t there and loud music parties and pool parties and whatsoever was happening , local people were called over , do you see anyone now ? 
 

Nelly and Bogdan , they provide as you say because they have to justify their private room that that pay nothing and also being the best one they can have ( in this villa ) . Do you forget Bogdan’s actions cutting the power off earlier this year ? Like so many other long term couples ( Leora and Paul , Linda and Tibor , Martina and Alberto ) , what more is it left of them to show on cameras , what more is it to be seen by them that we haven’t seen ? RLC wants them , excellent, please , move them from a multi persons location and give them a place for themselves like they did when they first arrived in Barcelona . 
 

You are pleased and satisfied watching them and that’s totally fine and great , you can write hymns for them and apotheosis comments , but I can also do differently but , simply , it is too much and NO MORE . But I don’t think that you can’t agree that during their presence there THE VILLAS are at their worst periods ( better say B4 because where they live it has opened under their own management ) … And , last but not least , imagine , they are the bosses , they go / disappear but - of course setting the pace and the example for the rest of the tenants - don’t even care to inform with an airplane sign their absence , they just left and came back .. so yes , this is really POOR and WEAK on and off cameras management by Nelly and Bogdan . Still , happy for you that as you say , you get what you like to watch .

I thought some more about this couple .

Likely that he is a senior manager at RLC.  Less likely he is one of the owners.

Likely he lives in an Eastern European country.  Less likely that he lives in Barcelona, but visits Barcelona often.

Likely that he is a manager for properties and people.  Less likely that he is the IT manager.

If he is the manager for properties, likely that Fior was driving him around to various properties.  The only on-cam property that was visited was B-7.  Cannot rule out a visit to the B-4 garage.  There was a point in the kitchen where Fior comes up to the 1-6 cam, puts his face about 30 cm from the cam and stares at it.  Was he thinking, 'Oh shit, we should have put B-7 U/M.'

At B-7, he seemed familiar with the property that could be seen on cam.  No tour. He did spend a brief time looking at the B-7 backyard that cannot be seen on cam.

 Very likely he and his wife/gf have Golden visas.

Fior was not relaxed.  At one point, Wolf asks him something from the kitchen.  Fior excitedly answers, "Da! Da! Da! Da! Da!'  (Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.)  This couple were not his cousins from Smolensk.

Bogdan was missing from B-7 both times that this couple visited yesterday.  Nelly arrived while they were there in the evening.  She stayed (hid) in her room   She had entered through the garage.  Was she told to stay away?  And if Bogdan was in Barcelona (he returned to B-7 last night) why was he not escorting this couple?

Note in the video above the casual familiarity of Wolf.  He and Margo seem to be the two participants who were selected to be with this couple during their visits in B-7.  Rachel did arrive for a brief visit in the evening, and greeted them as if she had met them previously.  LiaLia was in B-4.  She was not invited to come over, perhaps for obvious reasons.  LiaLia did come over after they left to help clean the kitchen and terrace.  Lacrim was nowhere to be seen, for obvious reasons.

It would be rash speculation to assess the significance, if any, of B&N's absence.

I will say that it appears that RLC views Wolf as a responsible adult, and one who would leave a favorable impression on this couple.

On Sunday, someone posted on the Matina/Alberto forum that Martina and her new gf were with Nelly. I asked for a timestamp from the poster because I could find no videos of that possible liason. But I did note the B7 UM for several hours and thought that strange. Did I miss something?

When B-7 when U/M at around 15:00 on Monday, the only people who were at B-7 were Nelly and Bogdan.  Both having just entered their apartment from the garage.  Nelly went downstairs to the living room, Bogdan went to the bedroom.  Both were very casually dressed.  When the cams came back on several hours later, no one was in B-7.

Perhaps the poster had found a photo on IG.

Lets be honest ..... all of the above is just speculation. It is curious ..... I agree ..... especially the involvement of Fior. (transportation)  and the select few to dinner. Visiting family? Visiting RLC management? The language barrier sucks sometimes. 😁

Last night I was catching up on a favorite of mine .... Megan.  She was changing clothes and bonehead (Wolf) opened her door. She was partially covered by the door of the clothes closet. From her reaction, she was not amused, covering her breasts. Bonehead closed the door ..... and 5 seconds later re-opened the door. Megan was again taken be surprise .... irritated. Bonehead closed the door, and Megan immediately locked it! I'm thinking.... what is with this guy? A minute later, Megan goes to the laundry and changes a skirt for shorts. Guess who follows her and watches from the doorway.   Some people here on the forum think others are "jealous" and bad mouth the male tenants. BULLSHIT. The male tenants are intrusive, predatory, and creepy.
