You could go one step ahead and do it at 2:00 then you can change the clock back to 1:00.

They should just abolish the DST nonsense, it no longer holds any purpose.

I like long & clear summer evenings, so for me it can stay. They don't need to change to winter time (or 'natural time') every year as far as I'm concerned. But I prefer the change every half year to having winter/natural time all year round.
