Well, that is what translator came back with, so I'm sticking with that and either way it makes no difference to us whatsoever, we still scribe to watch the apartments with new tenants from time to time and operations continue even when several rooms are empty so they are making a mint.

I'm not saying that they didn't say that, just saying that E&V are full of BS in this regard.

I can confirm they did say that because I was watching and listening at the time, but what may not be true is the number of scribers they mentioned and for me to stick with what they seemingly discussed isn't a bad thing lol. It's just what I heard and what the translator translated. We all know too well some of the info on this site isn't as accurate as it should be but I am just saying what I heard and understood from translation.

From what I heard during a conversation at E&V place several months ago, RLC had around 85,000 paying scribers. This WAS translated though so not 100% solid info. Based on UK money, that would generate about £3.5million a year @£40.00 a month for RLC which would cover all rent, bills and maintenance I guess and those who own RLC pocket the rest once the tenants have been awarded each month and all bills paid. This is just my thoughts before anyone starts. Not you though lol.

Your math is off.

85,000 subscribers paying an average of 30 euros a month is 2,550,000 euros x 12 months = 30.6 million euros.

I used 30 euros as the average monthly single subscription revenue amount.

If the average single subscription amount is 20 euros a month, then the annual revenue is 20,400,000

If the average single subscription amount is 10 euros a month, then the annual revenue is 10,200,000 euros.

RLC's IT monthly costs are likely more expensive than the monthly compensation paid to participants.   50 participants earning an average of 5000 euros a month in compensation would be paid a total of 250,000 euros a month,  or 3 million euros a year.  Because of bonus money, some participants would earn much more per month.  And some participants, who receive little or no bonus money, would earn only the base amount in their contract.  Based on Megan's comparison of her pay during her most recent stay compared to her earlier pay, the base is probably 2500-3000 euros a month.  Not bad if there are no taxes paid on this income, and housing is free.
