From what I could here she keeps saying repeatedly to the person who she is on the phone with that she doesn't wish anything bad to him and she's begging him to leave her alone in dispair...

Yes. But she maybe scared to leave the apartment. All she wants is to entertain, she doesn't deserve this heartache.

Nothing they can do..  all she has to do is hang up the phone and block his number.   She is subjecting herself to this nonsense.
