Sara putting on makeup, first using the mirror in Nadia's room, and then the mirror in the guest room.

Massi now cooking breakfast.   So it would appear they are in no rush to leave.

Other then they are there waiting for Nadia, the other and probably far-fetched explanation for their presence is that the roof over the penthouse may have leaked in the recent heavy rain.   As guests come and went during the birthday party, there appeared to be a wet sheen on the floor in the hall by the front door of the villa.  If so, roofers may be repairing the roof.  There appear to be no external gutters on the B-4 roof.

From another look at replay, when S&M arrived, Massi had a grocery bag full of food.  So this overnight visit was not spontaneous.  This would also explain his bringing his laptop.  This does not explain why they did not sleep in B-7.

Massi's room in B-7 is very neat, as if he had gone on a trip.

With the roof area being surrounded by a parapet it's highly likely there is a box gutter either to the inside perimeter of the parapets or a centre box gutter.
