By now Masha is a loose dog racing towards self-destruction and the problem is that she doesn't realize it. Her brain is burned by drugs and porn films, it is now unclear what is real and what is an idea born from her sick brain from too much porn. All the friendships she cultivates are all or almost all based on sex or drugs, it's no surprise if there's always someone different in her apartment every time. Even these constant crises with Shaq or anyone else are becoming more frequent and extreme.
