Obviously some by the same architects of our villas. All for a good price. I think the doghouse is too big for Bogdan's family of three. Do they still use it? Quote

moules Posted August 1 Posted August 1 The most recent set of photos are up. The villa is still listed for rent. B-1 is no longer listed, and probably is now sold. As @Brit Guy noted, these are a mixed bag. There are photos that look to be new, and photos that date back to when B-4 was new. Revelations in this most recent set: there is a second kitchen, half the size of the on-cam kitchen, with a small dining room. I do not know whether this always existed at the upper level, where Nelly and Bogdan had their suite, but was off cam. The second kitchen is not advertised as such. The fifth bedroom looks to be small, and may have always existed. It appears to share a wall with the master bedroom, and would be located closer to B-4. The B-7 master bedroom balcony cam may have shown a window for this bedroom. The newer photos are of the grounds and landscaping. Alberto or his alter ego, have been busy. My guess is that they are still working on some of the interior rooms. No views of N&B's old suite. The second kitchen suggests there will be a separate apartment in the future. 1 1 Quote

I looked again at the photos, and you are correct, there is only one kitchen. On first glance, because of compression and the lighting, I could not find the sizeable range exhaust hood, but now have found it. The description of the house varies. For example: "spacious house, consisting of 394 useful square meters .... Built in the year: 2023" and this: Casa o chalet 376 m² construidos 5 habitaciones 4 baños Construido en 2005 Quote
