Just curious; they might be doing this when there is an incidence that they think should be investigated, and then they remove the apartment from the listings when they have made their decision, or return it to normal mode if all is still OK. I'd hate to see a guy off himself over a woman unless he's defending her in a dangerous situation.

After RLC received so many complaints they just pulled the plug on him. If they did do a Maintenance thing I never seen it.
