I've certainly broken my keyboard by asking VV to improve the stream quality. I also explained that the lighting is often insufficient for the cameras and therfore we see very strong noise. Too bad. If this is the result. :( As long as Tanya was there, they had at least keep on the kitchen light. Now, this is only black noise with strong compression.
