Well I looked a lil closer now and when he came out of bedroom into the light you can clearly see it is Mr Fixit aka Andrei Boiko. The mask is useless in that pic:

I must admit that the more I watch, the more likelihood there is that it could be Mr Fixit. I however don't understand the subterfuge. Does he have a non compete clause in his contract with VV?
