I thought the other night that it might be a quote for installation of cameras in another premises when Milena goes (which according to other posters here, will be next week). She seemed to be showing him around the apartment and specifically pointing out the cameras (I don't know how they're mounted or how obvious they are to see). Maybe she's thinking of going out in opposition to RLC. I had very good guy work for me but he died 34 years of age I use to tell him don't drink but no evel he keep drinking and died drinking
