This lady is one of the managers of VV. That the happens in an apartment in Russia is called a "production meeting". The lady said that it is necessary to decorate the apartment, beautifully dress up for the New Year and organize a good active show. (Later, at the end of the conversation, she said that will be a lot of drunken idiots and should be done that was interesting to them. Apparently it's about us. ) She speaks about some area (pleasure ground, recreation ground, territory) and asked who will come there. I did not understand about what kind of area she was talking. Perhaps they gather in one apartment, or they will have some event outside the apartment. I can not say exactly. She said that this year was a lot of mistakes, and renters do a lot of nonsense. She hopes that all will be well in the new year. She is hoped that in the new year their ranking will increase and calls on all tenants carefully and actively work for it. She says that tenants must be proactive, to invent and propose new things that can please the audience. Tenants say that one couple wants to get married (on the video, they are sitting on the couch on the left of the lady). Another girl said that they would like to buy a sex machine that costs 15,000 rubles. The conversation comes to sex toys. The lady said that on AliExpress sold at a discount BDSM kits (8 and 16 items). One of the girls says she saw the same BDSM kits in the sex shop in Moscow.
