RLC recently gave a 24-hour suspension to a paying member for having too many windows open at the same time. A few questions: 1. Does use of this trigger a new open window for EACH scene? 2. Can the RLC people identify use of the dashboard? 3.Can the dashboard be used for other feeds as well?
