I'm tired of lagging cams, freezing cams, and just no cams at all. RLC is not just a start-up company. They've had plenty of time to get it together and I, for one, am tired of beating my head against a brick wall by writing, pleading, suggesting and getting the same old form e-mail as a response. I'd rather go to one of the new sites that at least are trying to get it together. What's the best one out there guys. And don't fricking tell me RLC. Someone once gave me an advice to go walk the dog, hang out with my girlfriend/wife, go watch a movie,,go outside and get some fresh air etc etc Now I get to return the same Advice,,,coming from someone that has been around RLC from the beginning,,I really don't see why you guys make this website get you so worked up for,,,there is way too much more important shit happening in the world than to burst a blood vessel or give yourself an heart attack over a website going under maintenance. Really guys?,,,,How many times has RLC went under maintenance over the years and you are still bitching and moaning over the same shit,,Shouldn't you be used to it by now? At least you did the right thing by canceling instead of giving us an earful about RLC and how much they suck,,I appreciate that. You guys act like RLC is the only Company that does stuff to inconvenience you,,How many times has your Cable company fucked up your service at the worst possible times,,How many times has your bank went offline as soon as you need to do something online?,,How many times have you went to a government office and had to wait forever because their system went down? There are many other examples of other Companies out there that do stuff that inconveniences us at some time or the other. We have to try to act our age and stop throwing a fucking tantrum like little kids whenever the website goes under maintenance,,,,Some of you might hate what I say sometimes but deep down inside you know I'm telling the truth. RLC will always have technical issues with their servers or their Internet connections,,it can happen to anybody. And some of you keep on blaming RLC for doing it on purpose or not being able to avoid it from happening at all,,,,Really?,,,DO you seriously think that they would purposely fuck up their Cams just to fuck with their costumers to piss them off to the point that they would lose business and the core costumer base. I can't really blame some of you for complaining because sometimes we guys cannot think rationally when we have an erection,,the blood flow leaves the part of the brain that makes you think wisely instead of emotionally. I'd love to have you as a customer in my store. Obviously I could fuck all over you and you would be as quiet as a church house mouse about it. I'm sure if I sold you a defective product you'd simply go quietly into the night and I'd never have to service you as an upset customer. BTW, my bank and my cable company both respond to me in more than a fucking form letter if I have a complaint. It's pretty clear I offended you by complaining of the cam lag, freezing cams, and cams completely off; otherwise I can see no reason for your verbose diatribe. I checked, I really did, and I could not find any place that stated you were the owner of RLC, Cam Caps, or even an employee of same. Moreover, my cancelation of my RLC membership does not preclude my comments or lurking here. Last I checked RLC and CamCaps were two different and separate entities. I'm sorry I got you so worked up. I really am. I had no idea you'd taken over the site as the "posting police" or "thought police". Please forgive me; or fuck you and the fucking lizard you rode in on; whichever fits right now. In closing, I did blame RLC. Who the fuck do you think owns the cams? If your computer breaks down the day after you got it from Dell; who the hell do you complain to? Hewlett Packard? But I do think they can get off their cheap asses and upgrade their servers a bit. I do think legitimate complaints should be answered with more than a form letter and that a problem be addressed within at least a week or so of the complaint(s). I guess I just got old. I still believe in customer service. Shit! The world has passed me by.
