RLC might only offer a 90 day stay in the B! & B2 apartments as a means of what could be termed as turn over of residents in the circus. B1 & B2 is RLC's greatest source of income and if the the tenants don't generate the interest then revenue falls. It's a matter of supply and demand. Simples.
