ich finde das die fremden Leute erst mal die Wohnung wieder in ihren sauberen zustand bringen sollten den  wenn Nelly & Bogdan wieder da sind schlagen die nur noch die Hände über den Kopf zusammen

den die zwei sind ja auch aus der Wohnung in den Urlaub und da war die Wohnung sauber

So you'd rather see an empty apartment than one with lots of young couples.  A true voyeur looks at that situation and hopes that some couples get amorous.  The fact that you usually end up being frustrated is just real life.
