I think this is a great idea. Part of the reason for making Kitten a mod was to try to make this a more inviting and friendly place for women. Let me know if you can think of anything else I can do to make CamCaps more inviting to women. I know some of the larger tube sites have "Female Choice" categories that have videos that are supposedly chosen by women for women ( I have my suspicions though). I'd like to have something like that here. I'd also mention that ClubCamSystems has an all male (straight) strip club that has live cams of the stage and backroom, I am not sure if that's something you all would be interested in, but I can get you free access to that and possibly add a board for it.

It's because it wasn't actually a virus or Malware. It was just a link to a site that Google considers "bad", that could potentially have attempted cross site scripting.

All, for those of you that use the Chrome browser you may notice a "Malware ahead warning" on this board: http://camcaps.net/live-cams-random/. I was notified about it yesterday from Google and promptly took care of the issue, however, it may take awhile for Google to actually remove the warning. The issue was caused by someone that was using an avatar hosted on a site that is known to deliver malware. I removed the avatar and the issue went away, nothing was actually uploaded to CamCaps, Google considers it a cross site scripting opportunity, so it puts up the warning. I don't normally comment on the cam boards but I am going to for this. Animal abuse is unacceptable to me. If this continues to happen I will do everything in my power to make it well known to RLC customers and potential customers what is going on, and what they are supporting. There is no excuse for picking on a defenseless puppy. I know you monitor this site RLC, be warned! To all non-paid members if you witness any RLC couples abusing animals please record it and upload it, I will give you a free membership (to the first uploaded per incident). To current paid members I will extend your membership for one year. - Admin

I've said this before and I'll say it again. CamCaps is in no way affiliated with RLC. We have no communication whatsoever and it is against our terms of service for them to use this site. If they have banned you I would guess that it's from A) Leaving a watermark somewhere in a picture or video B) Using a similar username or e-mail address C) Uploading to another site while doing either A or B. It makes absolutely no sense to me why RLC chooses to ban paying customers. The best advice that I can offer is to hide your watermarks and don't share your login credentials. - Admin

I will reconsider this policy. This was initially done to prevent people from deleting all of their old posts and pictures (as some had threatened) when we switched to the Paid Membership system.

I've added 500 pics to the gallery for a total or 600 and counting.

All, I have dumped the old media gallery and installed a new one that has a lot more features. The old one was hard to use, and a little archaic in my opinion. The new gallery has the ability to stream WebM, Mp4, FLV, and many other file types. Secondly, I recently started a "parent" company to tie all of my adult sites together under one name. The company is called Depraved Media and the website can be found here www.depravedmedia.com. I've been slowly working on expanding the portfolio of websites that I run, and having one name to operate under makes things a bit easier. What does this mean for CamCaps? Nothing. Nothing is going to change here except that I am going to be periodically updating the Gallery with licensed content owned by Depraved Media. I recently acquired a large collection of licensed (2257 compliant) semi-exclusive Amateur content that I am using for other projects, and I am going to share some of it with you guys as a freebie. Remember that the media Gallery is only available to Paid members. For those of you that have access there are a few samples there already, feel free to create your own galleries, or add to the existing galleries. - Admin

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I will work on implementing them as time permits. The overwhelming opinion seems to be that I should stick with the current software (if it ain't broke, don't fix it), so I will do that. One reason for wanting to switch was that I wanted to add a few new features that I didn't think were currently available, however, I've purchased a few mods that I think will add the features that I've been looking for. Additionally, there were a few bugs with the software that I had been unable to fix, after doing a bit of research I have been able to resolve most of them. - Admin

It occurred to me during the (failed) conversion process that I never actually asked you guy's what you though about the way the forum looks, and functions. I've been pulling my hair out trying to move to a new software and I am wondering if it even matters? I'd appreciate input on the following questions: Are you happy with the way the forum looks and functions currently? Would you care if the forum had a more "modern" look to it? Well after yet another failed conversion I am going to give up for on switching for a while. The problem is that the two most popular paid forums (VB and Xenforo) don't have working importers for the software that runs this forum, which means that I have to import the forum into another forum software that has importers available. Thus far the conversion has been failing on the first import, I haven't even been able to try even the second import. I was hoping that the conversion would be relatively quick and easy, but that's not the case. I don't want to take the forum down anymore without having some assurance that things are going to work right. I am look at paid services to do the conversion for me. Yes, I want to move to a different more modern software that has better mod support. It takes 5 hours for each conversion, I had to basically start over after having completed it once. I will need to do it a couple of more times, but I am waiting to get a few issues figured out fist. Hopefully, the second time around things will go a bit more smoothly.

We are trying to convert the forum over to a new software. Unfortunately, the conversion requires two conversions once from SMF to phpBB, and then from phpBB to Xenforo. Thus far the conversion hasn't worked properly. I am going to try a few different things and then give it another go later in the week. I will give more notice next time, I didn't realize it would take 5+ to do one conversion. Thank You, Admin

All, I have asked the member in question to keep comments relevant and on topic, and refrain from making off the cuff comments to RLC couples that likely fall on deaf ears anyway. As I've said before I don't ban people for their opinions. However, we do have rules against spam, and when comments become spammy I will take action. I monitor the forum for spam several times a day, and I encourage you to report spam if and when you see it. Someone did report his posts, and it appears that a moderator cleared the report before I saw it. I will monitor the report logs more closely so that this kind of situation doesn't happen again. CC has no affiliation with RLC whatsoever. In fact our terms of service prohibit RLC employees from visiting the forum. The member database is kept private and confidential. I don't know of anyway that RLC could track users here, other than by using the code that they put in the video stream. Again we don't share any information, it would be against my best interests to do so. If you've ever posted a picture here that had your RLC member code in it, they could have found it, or it could have been posted on the numerous other sites that re-post pics that are posted here. Be careful when posting on other sites especially unheard of file sharing sites as you never know who is behind them. This is the first ban that I've heard about in a long time, as I think most people know not to post their member codes. If anyone else has new/more information on this I am all ears.

What I meant by "no paid cam sites" was not sites where the people work for tips. My apologizes for not being more clear about that. To be more specific I am looking for cam sites where people aren't actively seeking tips or compensation from viewers, along the same lines of WW, RLC, or Sun Cams. Tip based cam sites are a dime a dozen.

Alexa gets its data from toolbars and browser extensions. It could be partially because Alexa isn't very popular in Russia, only 2.21% of its own traffic is from Russia, and it's supposedly the 1,452 most visited site on the internet. I would guess that a very small percent of the 2.21% of Russian visitors actively use the toolbar, and of those who do they likely don't even know about Camcaps as it's not a Russian site. As for Russian traffic to RLC they might not know about it, might not use the toolbar, or RLC may use some type of blocking for in country traffic. Additionally, certain countries handle internet traffic differently, for instance in China all traffic basically goes through a municipal proxy so it's very difficult to determine how many unique visitors are coming from one area because they are all going through a proxy. Also, Alexa rankings are mostly junk because as stated above they rely on user toolbars and browser extensions for data gathering, as opposed to comparing actual traffic stats.

I am looking for sites like WW,RLC, or sun cams. Not well known cam and tube sites.
