If it's pregnancy she's worried about, showering won't do anything for her as she'd already be pregnant at this point. I'd say she's probably just trying wash away as much evidence as she can before going back to Karen.

Petra would never have sex with Karen, at least I don't think she ever will. Dizi is only interested in Tanya. The red head is only interested in Akira (I assume that's the Asian guy's name). If Karen is going to fuck another girl, he's going to have to bring her in from the outside.
