    it's a fact and not a guess we could make the analogy in our real world without cameras, for my part my company has set up a sort of bonus that adds to the salary if we are efficient and kind in our work with customers, in society, there is has people who will do everything to get this bonus and others who think they do not need it and will not make extra efforts to get it, for the company it is beneficial, it makes it better to work the employees, the customers are happy with the service and word of mouth can win customers too it's the principle of the carrot at the end of the stick for RLC it's exactly the same thing, girls can earn more money but only if they decide to want it, and that allows rlc to maybe earn more subscription, so everyone is rather a winner in this kind of system, the company, the employees and the customers 🙂 but I'm not going to pretend that I'm a fan of all that they can do or want to show us but i understand their motivation

    Les deux sites ont une politique différente par rapport à l'utilisation d'appartements en Russie Rlc a prit la décision d'arrêter l'exploitation des appartements en Russie suite aux événement qui ce sont passés pour le site LifeUnderCam (LUC), VHTV a eu aussi sont lots de soucis avec l'utilisation d'appartements en Ukraine mais ils sont toujours en vie en continuant d'exploiter la Russie Je ne sais pas qui a raison au final, mais je pense que RLC a prit les devants pour ne pas être embêter plus tard, peut être que le futur leur donneront raison ou tord En tout cas, on voit bien que depuis la fermeture des appartements Russe au sein de RLC, il y a moins de vie au sein du site, ce qui était bien avec les appartements Russes, c'est que la plupart des participants avaient une vie sociale très active et donc nous avions presque tout le temps des soirées avec des amis ou de la famille , c'était vivant, et je pense que c'était cela qu'on aimait regarder même s'il ne se passait rien avec les divers guests de passage En tout cas moi je me suis abonné à l'époque par rapport à cela et j'espère vraiment que RLC ouvrent les yeux en se disant qu'il faut revenir à ce qu'ils avaient avant mais cela est plus facile à dire qu'a faire
