Actually Nick, in our hearts we pretty much agreed with you! And now that my beloved Nora and Meerkat are gone, we are on the same page.

Maybe we can get him together with Paul and they can form a musical duo. They could call themselves Strum & Humm.

How refreshing! :) Though there was less variety in the discussion, the web pages on RLCF looked spiffier than CC's software. I didn't really mean insult any RLCF people. it just didn't have the scope or the goofy members that inhabit this zoo. It felt like I was going to church instead of going to the circus, so I decided to hang out here instead. Certainly, all former RLCF members should be welcomed with open arms to CamCaps. We need as many active posters here as possible, whether they're posting pix or discussing philosophy -- or I fear CamCaps might ultimately dwindle down to the point where it suffers the same fate as RLCF. These are troubling times, indeed. So welcome! Keep posting!

Perhaps I have misread your statement. (I try to inhibit my squirrelly wrath, especially to my CC friends). Let me just explain the horrible fate of us Nora lovers. 1) Katya is cute, but none of the new Russian couples hold interest for me. 2) Neither Katya or Sofia can change from STUNNING at work, to GIRL NEXT DOOR when they come home. 3) N&K worked for a living: they had discernible talents and career paths which they were pursuing, they were educated, as were their friends. They drank wine. They danced with Agent Dog when they were taking care of him and they worked on projects. 4) They watched decent movies on TV. Kinda sorta. I mean, what's not to love about 007 movies and GOThrones? 5) They had books displayed. That's 10 points right there. I'm not going to rag on the new couples. Not yet. But NO -- N&K were an asset, not as boring as the new bunch. Most of the couples now days are just boring cut-out cardboard people with whom I probably would not invite to dinner for a conversation. And if I did invite N&K to dinner, I'd feed them a one-inch think Porterhouse steak or Ribeye and decent California wine. So far, the new Russians are failing at exuding empathy through the medium of the Internet. Even Meerkat did better. (I'll give you a -1 for your post if you'll do the same for me! ;) )

We don't put up with much crap from CC members who whine and complain. We know we can't replace Nora (or Meerkat), but Katya is extremely pretty. We need hope for the future, especially if Leora and Maya leave.. Personally, I hate the way that UL and RLC do business, but it's their business. Just fucking post as you can, welcome newbies, and have a good time here. Please help those of us who are jilted Nora fans. Make us love Katya...we are so lost, broken-hearted, down on our chips, and distraught without Nora and Meerkat... the recent changes were for the worst, we are now without hope. :'(

What's your OS? There's been so much security encoding crap going on with RLC that I still can't watch it at all on my Linux Firefox browser (the patch is complicated & I'm lazy); but it works in Linux Chrome. I have never had this problem with my Windows machines, either. (Oddly, Chrome won't display CamCaps emoticons or font editing dialog on Win7, but it will on Win7 Firefox. :-\) I need to learn how to examine and read code again to figure out all these weird problems... :'( (You might consider unblocking your PM settings. We're really a tame group around here, but from now on, sharing some information will need to be transmitted in private to protect the tenants and RLC's hard-line on copyright protection. Not that I blame them, but I'm always concerned about the tenants the most.)

reallifecamfan.com reposted a lot of captures taken from CC members, and they didn't engage in the expansive cultural discussions or in-depth reviews of other sites. They didn't have Foamy, either. We're just way too damn more fun, anyway. However, I suspect we're in for a bit more turbulence on this site; and I also suspect that RLC subscriptions will drop since they are eliminating their free advertising...

What you and I missed was most likely a posting of an FB site which was contrived and not the honestly genuine FB for Leora. Her real FB or VK would be posted under her REAL name and It's far more likely the REAL Leora would have her personal page on VK. Somebody (Paul or Leora or a clever troll or RLC) set it up for fun. lazyeyex posted it; I doubt any real harm has been done, and he's deleted it. Hey lazyeyex!: Welcome to the CC zoo -- we also are quite fond of Leora (perfect Greek Goddess beauty), though many of us cannot fathom her moods. Have a blast.

You've reminded me. The younger RLC men seem to use modern technology when hitting targets. It's much quicker and easier: Warp speed and fire photon torpedos! ;)

I never saw them abuse the dog, so I am at the mercy of what other CC members say regarding the subject. False information and vicious rumours occasionally take root on CamCaps. The sad part is that it was a really great looking dog -- a good addition to RLC's line-up of pets -- but hopefully it now has a kind, loving home.

I am here, today, to thank you for all your contributions, your support, your tireless campaigning and the team work that made our victory possible. But let me be clear: you can be SHORE of this -- our job is not finished. Our journey has just begun, and I shall continue my quest for improvement of my -karma score so that we can keep CC moving forward!
