Speaking of Bill Clinton, didn't he get impeached for obstruction of justice?

He inherited 400+ million dollars from his dad some of which his dad fraudulently "earned", lost a lot of it on MANY bad business deals, then scammed the stock market by announcing that he was going to take over a companies (while buying small amounts of stock) with no intention of actually doing so and then selling the stock before people realized that he was scamming them, and then out of no where claimed to have received $52 Million in interest payments yet there is no evidence of him having the $378 million dollars or so that would take to earn that much interest. The point is not that he is bad at business, which he surely is, the point is that he is a conman and has spent most of his life conning people into believing he is a self made real estate mogul all while literally claiming the largest business losses of anyone in the country at the time. He didn't get a "small loan of a million dollars" he got almost half a billion and the proceeded to go bankrupt. The whole premise of his 2016 campaign was that he was a shred businessman and deal maker who turned a million dollar loan into billions, when really non of that is true.
