Its perfectly clear to me that George has picked up on your earlier suggestion and soon they will be sharing the apartment with Joyce - well I can dream can't I? Dunno. It was odd having a combined straight and gay apartment but from where we were sitting it was colourful and appeared to work although I shall never forget the time that Kira attempted to 'kidnap' Joyce to her side. It is probably something really prosaic like George being able to rely on Herman, (unlike Polly) to pay the utility bills on time.

I think N&A have been the only tenants in this apartment. Jabs point was that George does not appear to be over concerned at occasional letting voids.

The only comforting words I can offer are those in the original twitter notice which said, 'Nina has left the project for an indefinite time due to ill health.' What it did not say was '...Nina has left the project due to ill health.' I guess a lot of us are still burning a candle for her.

One aspect that Amy suggested the tenant pays the rent and the utilities (perhaps Groomy could confirm please?). If so then Nina must be picking up the rent still. Credit to George if he is keeping the apt open to allow for her possible eventual return as this is what I would expect a good employer to do. Loyalty should work both ways.

Each day I scan the list of apartments looking for Herman & Red allegedly now in Polly's old apartment and each day I find it is NOT THERE so what's up george? Are you keeping your options open i.e. is this why the old apartment title has not been amended following their departure? News please.

I think what I should have said was that they should take into account the position of the cam in relation to their own position - Nina was excellent at this.
