    Because they have fireplaces in many rooms. Older houses often had them in the bedrooms as well and other rooms downstairs. Central heating not around then so heating was soley from fire places 🔥

    Infact I would go as far to say that too much immigration actually causes much racism due to the damage it does to the country's fabric and the rights these minorities seem to be awarded over the indigenous population.

    Am not racist but must admit too many county's are being destroyed or having their culture diluted by too much immigration

    Funny how people find reasons for why they haven't got something to convince themselves it ain't necessary. I assume most of us are civilised and clean but a bit of luxury is not always reserved for the few. You like very expensive and powerful computers Jabs but for the majority are not necessary. Just a matter of personal choice eh.

    Never had any problems myself but it is nice to have your own bathroom ensuit especially when you have guests or family staying just more convenient and no waiting around either. Just the way of the modern world Jabs. Get with it lad.👍
