From what i can gather the only restriction being suggested is that users will have to prove that they are 18 and over. Whats getting our intelligent politicians in a spin is the best way to do this whether it be by credit card, driving licence or whatever means. But as i understand it you will only have to do it once then you will be free to roam where ever you like. Personally i would not have many resevations in doing this ( i think credit card is probably pushing it a bit though) as after all everybody bar the man in the fucking moon seems to know my email address and is able to send me crap all the time lool. To be on the voting register you have needed to give some fucker the neccessay information already so much of it is already out there anyway flying around in the atmoshere somewhere lol.
