Well if true it's even worse than that as however long this alledged trial period is?, 1 week, 2 weeks ,1 month? who pays the bills or rent or whatever in that time, the tennants? or are they allowed to receive free living during this period. Whilst of course the managers get the full 50% whack from VH. May explain why there is such a high turnover in apartments with the managers coining it in then lol.
