    The only way to get these guys to leave if RLC gets an Over Abundance of Complaints about the Guys living there. Complaining in the Forums don't solve anything with RLC.     VPN's are not as Secure as what they are led on to be. Sure the VPN masks your IP Address and makes you Anonymous to make it seem you are from a different Country or Region but anything that you Upload or Download is still Recorded to your Original ISP.

    It's good I have checked the Site where it currently sits. Just make sure your Pop Up Blocker is set to High to prevent Pop Ups and you'll be fine.
