I was just stating the Sites that don't remove Images. Whatever Site you wish to View and Post in Apartment Topics is solely your own choice.

That's just the way RLC chooses to operate. VHTV & VV on the other hand they welcome all Pictures Posted in their Topics. All they ask is that their Watermark of their Sites Name is in the Bottom Right Corner of the Images Posted. No worry of the DMCA on those sites.

RLC has been doing that practice since they first began. Within the past Couple of Years they seem to have become more aggressive.

Still unfocussed images usuall means your IP Address has been blacklisted. Once you change your IP Address it should be fine.

If you live in the USA you can go to Walgreens and Purchase a Vanilla Pre-Paid Visa or Vanilla Pre-Paid MasterCard. Those cards should work. They are sold in Denominations of $25 all the way up to $250. There is an Activation Fee on the Card when Purchased. All that's needed is the 16 Digit Card#, Expiry Date and the 3 Digit Security Code on the back of the card. Since there is no name on the Card when you Register for an Account you can use Any Name, City, Town or State + the Zip Code. I use those Cards for all my Online Purchases and have never had any issues with them.

One Simple Solution. If you don't want people Barging in on You then Lock the Fucking Door. It's not Rocket Science for these Girls to figure that out.

For a gif anywhere between 10 to 15MB is a good size that should load fairly quickly. Anything larger then the gif runs slow until the buffering is complete.

If I ever had to look at someone like Queen Elizabeth on a Daily Basis I'd likely shave the Hairs off my Ass and start Walking Backwards.
