It's not the cams that are not the problem. The problem is Bandwidth. Corporations fall under a different Category than Individual users. People like us purchase an Internet Plan and usually most Plans for Individuals are Unlimited Bandwidth. For a Corporation they have to purchase their Bandwidth as they don't have Unlimited Usage like a Single User. They just need to Upgrade their Bandwidth Purchased so it accommodates more users at Peak Times. Some day RLC may get it right.

Every Girl should be 2 Months Max. Then a 1 Year Hiatus before being returned.

That's a change for RLC to accept responsibility for a change. Usually they'd tell everyone something completely different.

In the Apartment Topics is where the changes were made. Since what happened to VHTV with the Ukrainian Apartments the changes were to stop what people discussed about Personal Details and the whereabouts of the Tenants Location. Basically it boils down to the Apartment Topic and what the Tenants do inside the Apartment and not what's done on the outside once they step out the door. The Rules are in place in each Apartment Topic.
